Are your items new or used?
We carry a mix of gently pre-loved and new items. Each product listing notes the condition, so check the description before you buy.

How do I know what size to order?
Since resale sizing can run differently than you expect, we include measurements or fit notes in each listing whenever possible. If you're unsure, message us before ordering.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange, as long as items are unworn and in original condition. Final sale items cannot be returned.

Do you restock items?
Because much of our inventory is one-of-a-kind resale, once an item sells out it may not come back in stock. Follow us for new arrivals!
