Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
• All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached (if applicable)
• Please contact us at pamelad@pammiesclosetllc.com before sending anything back
• Due to the nature of resale items, all sales on clearance or final-sale items are final
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
